Hello! Today I want to talk about the upcoming card Goblin Blastmage. It's a new rare mage class card in the upcoming Goblins and Gnomes expansion.
First of all, it is a 4 cost 5/4 drop. Yes, we already have Ancient Brewmaster, but he has a little drawback. When you have another minion out, you have to send it back to hand, when you summon Ancient Brewmaster. This is not the case with Goblin Blastmage. This cards effect is an upgraded Arcane Missiles with 4 damage split among enemy characters, when you have a mech-type minion out. Even if you don't have a mech, you still get a 4 cost 5/4 out without any drawbacks. This is just insane. Goblin Blastmage in this sense is very similar to Kirin Tor Mage who is one level below 3 cost 4/3 with a free secret from the hand. Even if you do not have a secret you can still play it and there aren't any extra costs. I seriously think that Goblin Blastmage is going to be an amazing card and a staple in almost any mage deck. In addition, this card will be great in arena too, because of its stats alone. I definitely want two of these in my collection and upgrade my mage deck.
