It has been a long time since I last posted something on this blog. However, I decided to revive this blog and continue posting content about Hearthstone. So let us proceed!
An new is expansion, Journey to Un'Goro, is coming in April. I am really excited about this expansion because of the theme. Un'Goro Crater is a classic zone in World of Warcraft and I am glad they decided to reintroduce this zone in form of a expansion in Hearthstone. So what do we have to expect in this.
To begin with, there are a new type of minions with the keyword Adapt in their description. Adapt works similarly to Discover. The player will be presented with three choices like with Discover. However, instead of generating a card, the minion with Adapt will be buffed. There are 10 different Adapt buffs to choose from:

Secondly, the new card type I am currently most excited about is the Quest spell. Only one Quest can be included in the deck. The card will be always be in the starting hand, but the player can replace it with mulligan. It seems that the upcoming Quest cards will all be legendaries.
It seems to appear that priests will be playing a lot of N'Zoth decks. Blizzard seems to be pushing towards a control-oriented meta, which I personally like. Amara, Warden of Hope looks insane. Too bad you cannot play it with Majordomo Executus, since it will be banned in the standard format once the Year of the Mammoth begins. Summoning 7 Deathrattle minions is quite easy to pull off. I wonder what the Quests for other classes will look like.
Finally, I will be reviewing the new upcoming cards in which I am mostly interested in or could have the most potential. However, Blizzard will start releasing cards starting from March 17th. So we still have a bit time until that. Until that time comes I might post some online matches in the coming days.
